Cruise Like a VIP
Any cruise can make you feel like a pampered celebrity; you really don’t have to lift a finger the whole time you’re on board. You can simply relax and enjoy the wonderful activities planned for you, the delicious cuisine prepared for you and the comfortable stateroom prepared just for you.
But, by working with your Cruise Holidays personal cruise expert, you can enhance the essential luxuries of a cruise vacation and make it a true VIP experience. Of course, you could choose a high-end, luxury cruise line; or, let your cruise expert guide you to the luxurious ship-within-a-ship experiences and VIP amenities that are available on family-oriented cruise lines, too.
For example, Celebrity Cruises infuses its AquaClass staterooms with a serene, spa-like atmosphere. There are plush robes and slippers from Frette and five-head shower panels, plus unlimited use of the spa relaxation room (on Solstice Class ships) and the Persian Garden. AquaClass guests can also dine at Blu, a chic, health-conscious restaurant reserved for AquaClass guests.
Some Norwegian Cruise Line ships offer The Haven: an exclusive set of suites gathered around a courtyard with a private pool, sundeck, and hot tub. All of The Haven’s staterooms are beautifully furnished, but only the three-bedroom Garden Villa is equipped with a baby grand piano. The Haven offers 24-hour butler and concierge services, too.
Most Princess Cruises ships have a quiet place where adults can retreat and be refreshed: The Sanctuary, where stewards are ready to offer chilled face towels, Evian water atomizers, and noise-canceling headphones. Have a massage, relax on the deluxe chaise lounges, and enjoy healthy beverages and snacks.
All of Royal Caribbean’s suite guests receive some special perks, beginning with priority check-in; continuing with priority seating in theaters, dining venues, on tenders and around the pools; and ending with priority departure. Some of the cruise line’s most spectacular suites are the two-deck-high sky lofts (on the Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas), which have their own spacious sundecks.
Your Cruise Holidays personal cruise expert can tell you more about any VIP accommodations and perks available on your next cruise, and can check for any special offers or shipboard credits that may be available to enhance your cruise experience. Also, let your cruise expert know if your cruise will mark a special occasion, such as a birthday, graduation or anniversary – that alone may qualify you for some special perks!
